VAT: the provider is not in the VAT system. A VAT identification number has been assigned: HR59020905300.

4-star accommodation with a total capacity of 6 persons for the whole accommodation (not per apartment). Decision KLASA: UP/I-335-03/19-02/1023, URBROJ: 2181-03-02/2-19-3, Šibenik, 02.05.2019., entry number 14121, issued by Ured državne uprave u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji, Služba za gospodarstvo i imovinsko-pravne poslove, Odjel za turizam, Šibenik.

The maximum number of guests per booking is:

• Design Apartment X: up to 4 guests
• Design Apartment Y: up to 2 guests
• Design Apartment XY: up to 6 guests

Design Apartment XY means Design Apartments X and Y rented together for the same dates; it is not a separate third apartment.

Where “Book now” is shown, you can book online: prices and availability are checked again when you continue, your dates are held for 30 minutes while you pay on Stripe’s secure page, and the booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. Otherwise, please contact us to book.

The price shown includes the tourist tax and final cleaning. No damage deposit is charged.

Invoices are issued by the accommodation provider. The booking and payment confirmations sent by this website are not invoices.

Digital guest guide

Between 7 days and 24 hours before arrival, you receive a digital guide with information about the apartment and Šibenik, including your access details.

Breakfast

Breakfast is optional and charged separately at €10 per person. It is ordered through our app and delivered to your apartment door between 07:30 and 11:00, from a menu of more than 30 fresh items. You receive the link to the app once your stay is booked and paid.

Black & White Taxi

Our own taxi service, Black & White Taxi, is available to guests. Rides are arranged directly with Black & White Taxi.

You can submit a written complaint by post or in person at Eugena Kvaternika 15, 22000 Šibenik, or by email to thexysuites@gmail.com. We will confirm that we have received it and reply in writing within 15 days of receiving it.
