Payment & Cancellation

Payment

Payment methods: Online bookings are paid by card on Stripe’s secure payment page. The balance can be paid by card via the secure link, or – by arrangement – by bank transfer, Revolut or Aircash.
Booking more than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total is paid when you book. The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
Booking 30 days or less before arrival: The full amount is paid when you book.
What the price includes: The accommodation price shown includes the tourist tax and final cleaning. No damage deposit is charged. Breakfast is optional and ordered separately in our app.

At least 14 days before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge and all payments are refunded.
Less than 14 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the booking price applies. Your card is never charged automatically; any unpaid amount is settled with us directly.
How to cancel: Send your cancellation request by email to thexysuites@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +385 99 808 4089, quoting your booking reference. Which rule applies depends on when we receive your request (Croatian time, Europe/Zagreb), not on when we reply.
Refunds: For an approved free cancellation we start the refund manually within 7 calendar days. When the money reaches you depends on your bank and the payment method.
Exceptional circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or an accident, supported by appropriate documentation, an exception may be considered. Each request is assessed individually, and an exception is not guaranteed.
